Our Impact
Professionals across these organizations have joined Meska’s AI learning experiences.

Organizations represented by Meska learners; no corporate endorsement of this course is implied.
For the people behind the people
Hiring, job-description requests, performance responsibilities, and manager escalations.
Learning programs and career paths, with more content to produce than time to produce it.
Policies, letters, employee requests, HRIS exports, and workforce reporting.
Sourcing and screening at volume without losing the evidence behind a decision.
Multiple responsibilities across a small People team.
No technical background required. Bring a laptop, real anonymized material, and a process you want to improve.
What you walk out able to do
Give clear context, constraints, evidence, and quality criteria. Reuse briefs in your work the next working day.
Build a company-loaded workspace that supports recurring workflows using approved company knowledge.
Produce ranked, evidence-cited shortlists and explicitly mark the decisions that stay with people.
Practise moving from a skills gap to an outline, materials, assessment, and video content. This is a learning aim, not a guaranteed timeline.
Interrogate attrition and engagement in plain language, check the evidence, and communicate useful findings.
Connect the steps behind letters and requests with less copying and pasting, and clear review points.
Create a defensible model-selection decision card based on the work, data, and constraints.
Write a Red Lines Charter that makes privacy, fairness, accountability, and human oversight explicit.
